Dr. Sanchez did a fantastic job with my cleaning, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. Scheduling was easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care, plus the staff is friendly and very helpful!!

We always have a great experience here. Dr. Sanchez and his team are awesome, they know how to work with my kids and make it a fun, easy experience. We have been going for a couple years now and every visit for myself and kids has been great. I highly recommend Seal Rock if you are in need of a dentist for yourself or kids.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them 0 starts I would. We got there 17 minutes before my appointment and they weren’t sure if they could see me because I haven’t filled the paperwork. Even though they claim they send it through text, I did NOT receive it. I was not informed I needed to get there much earlier. What doesn’t make sense (and makes me think he just didn’t want to service us) is that he said my husband needed to get there 15 min earlier to fill out his paperwork. (My husband had an appointment latter on that day). Needless to say I canceled both appointment and won’t be going back. Edit: They claim my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I arrived at 9:15 a.m. I was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and I left the office at 9:15 a.m. (I have texts with my husband during my interaction with the counter representative). If this was a misunderstanding on scheduling he should’ve mentioned it in person. I find it a little suspicious that they waited to mention it on a review to defend their representative behavior. He was dismissive and had an attitude from the moment we started to talk. When I informed him I was canceling both appointments he didn’t say another word to me. He just looked at me like “okay, get out of here”. Again, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel like this is something they could’ve resolved then and there with communication and good manners. Also, they confirmed the phone number on file twice. It was correct and I still didn’t receive any communication on their part.
